Arm Knitting - Your Simple How To
Arm knitting is a unique and fun method of knitting that uses your arms instead of needles. It's perfect for creating chunky scarves, blankets, and other cosy items with thick yarn as are presented in this booklet. The technique is straightforward, and even beginners can quickly master it.
Step-by-Step Guide:

Making a Slip Knot:

Create a loop with your yarn, leaving a long tail.

Pull another loop through this first loop.

Slip this new loop onto your right arm, and tighten gently. This is your first stitch.

Casting On:

Hold the yarn tail with your right hand and the working yarn (the yarn attached to the ball) with your left hand.

Reach through the stitch on your right arm with your left hand, grab the working yarn, and pull it through to create a loop.

Slip this new loop onto your right arm. Repeat until you have the desired number of stitches.

The Knitting Process:

Hold the working yarn in your right hand.

With your left hand, pull the first stitch over your right hand and let it drop, creating a new stitch on your right arm.
